Linguistics & Cognitive Natural Language Processing is a subfield of Natural Language Processing (NLP) that focuses on the study of natural language from a linguistic and cognitive perspective. It studies natural language based on the assumptions that our linguistic abilities are firmly rooted in our cognitive abilities, that meaning is essentially conceptualization, and that grammar is shaped by usage.
